Objectives: In this study, we investigated the possible useful effectiveness of Sinapic acid on rat kidney and lung tissues in an experimental cecal ligation puncture (CLP) model. Methods: CLP model was created for rats group. 20 mg/kg given CLP-Sinapic At end experiment, were collected biochemical analyzes evaluated. Results: For tissue samples; antioxidant levels decreased, oxidant increased When immunohistochemical parameters evaluated, IL-1β, caspase-3, TNF-α immunopositivity severe But these have been observed as attenuated group compared to Conclusion: The results our study showed that has sepsis caused by tissues.
